Oil and gas production
The oil and gas industry has special requirements. High-pressure technology must operate safely, reliably and with little maintenance under extreme conditions. Uraca high-pressure pumps and pump units can meet these special requirements, Uraca has years of experience in these applications.
CO2 Extraction
Liquid or supercritical carbon dioxide can be used as a solvent in various applications. CO2 extraction is used in the chemical, pharmaceutical or food industries, for various cleaning and extraction processes. High-pressure is required to produce liquid dioxide. Uraca has specifically developed plunger pumps up to a pressure of 1000 bar for this application.
Descaling
Descaling Iron oxide impurities (which get on the surface during the production process in casting and rolling of metal products) are removed with high-pressure water. This process places great demands on the pumps used. Uraca’s high-pressure pump units have proven themselves in this market worldwide for many years.
Work preparation
All adaptations, modifications and modernisations are prepared by the engineering department. Good work planning ensures the efficient completion of the project. The modifications are implemented in the relevant installation by our own technical service department.
Customer solution
Customers have special requirements. We can transform specific requests into unique solutions. We discuss the design with the customer and, if necessary, adjust it. The components are made, after which the solution is completely assembled in the assembly department. After an extensive test, the final product leaves our production.
Application design
We first work out customer-specific designs in 3D. Then, through an automated procurement process, we assemble them into an assembled product. After extensive testing, we release the technical solutions and they find their way to the customers.
Braking devices
Reliable and fast braking of a-synchronous motors to a standstill, without maintenance or wear. Are the perfect solution for reducing long downtimes (saving time and costs). Are components that can be retrofitted in control cabinets without any problems. Are maintenance-free and wear-resistant.
Controllers
FCT200 and FCT300 series controllers are programmable up to 99 axes according to the IEC61131 standard. Black-box systems equipped with PowerPC processor and CANopen and EtherCAT masters, suitable for CODESYS and 4CONTROL environments.
Drives
The NANO Drive helps save energy for higher efficiency, controlling IE2 and IE3 three-phase motors. It is controllable with buttons or bluetooth, and an app on your phone or tablet.
Frequency inverters
RNB 2000 is a magnetic field oriented variable speed drive. It is applicable for three-phase induction and brushless motors, and has excellent dynamic and overload performance at high torque. The RNB2000 has various I/Os, plug-in cards and communication options. This makes it ideal for your automation.
